Tiofilo S. Gonzales, whom everyone called "Speedy", of Dripping Springs, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 76, surrounded by family. He was born in 1946 in Taylor, Texas to parents, Tiofilo and Josefina Gonzales.

Speedy served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1985. He was proud of his military service. He was a Master Parachutist and thought jumping out of airplanes was the greatest experience in the world. He retired as a Sergeant First Class. After moving to Dripping Springs, he enjoyed gardening and feeding the deer and, of course, watching wrestling. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Speedy is predeceased by his father and his mother, and his sister Tommie White. He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen Gonzales, his twin sister Margaret Boles, his sister Isabel Madsen, his brother, Cruz Gonzales, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by the Julian family, whom he was delighted to discover in 2018 after he had his DNA tested.
