With heavy hearts we announce the death of our son, fiancé, brother, Haylee's father, and good friend to many, Stephen DeWitt Howard was born to Joe and Teresa Howard on July 20, 1987. He left this world on July 12, 2022. He is once again reunited with his father, uncles, and grandparents.

Stephen leaves behind his beloved 8-year-old daughter, Haylee Howard and fiancé, Mistyn Scott. He also leaves behind his mother, Teresa G. Howard, brothers Andy and Jesse, and sisters, Katie and Heather. He was the fun uncle to Justus, McKayla, Cason, and Silas.

Stephen was an active member of the Life Church in Marble Falls where his memorial service will be held on July 30 at 11:00 am.

Stephen will be remembered for his sense of humor and his big heart. He was an avid fisherman and was most at peace when he was fishing in Port Aransas.
