Patricia Ann Isom Potersnak (Pat), a proud mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at the age of 86, after a long illness.

Pat was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 18, 1936. She grew up in Georgetown, Texas, and frequently shared her favorite memories of those years with her loved ones. After graduating Georgetown high school in 54, Pat spent a short time at Southwest Texas State University before meeting Mike Potersnak at a YWCA dance. They married in 1957 and were stationed at various Air Force bases until 1971, when they settled in Austin, Texas with their three sons.

Pat and Mike enjoyed 50 years of marriage before Mike's death in 2007. They loved to dance, were both active in the Woodlawn Baptist Church, and enjoyed spending time with their family whenever possible. Pat was a salesperson for Home Interiors for many years, went square dancing when she was able, and loved to go to dinner with her Red Hat Ladies group. Pat was also happy when helping with Vacation Bible School at Woodlawn.

In Pat's later years, she was especially delighted to spend time with her grandchildren who enjoyed their special "tea parties" together. Pat was always happiest when her children and grandchildren were around her. She will be remembered especially for her outgoing personality, her love for her family, and her strong faith. She is preceded in death by her parents Ervin Isom & Hope Isom and brothers Larry Isom & Sheryl Isom, husband Michael, her son Mikey, and her great-grandson Glen. She leaves behind her sons Richard and Steven, her partner Howard, daughter in-law Connie, grandchildren Steven W., Megan, Lauren, and Zack, and great-grandchildren Caelen and Faith.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 7th, at Harrell's Funeral Home 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, Tx 78745 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. There will also be an additional church service on Saturday, September 10th, at Woodlawn Baptist Church 4600 Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78745 beginning at 10:30am.
