Obituary for Oscar Jordan Reynolds

Oscar Jordan Reynolds, "OJ", was born on May 28, 1949 in Sierra Blanca, Texas. He was born and raised on his beloved grandparents' ranch. He went to be with his heavenly father on February 15, 2023 at the age of 73. OJ was the son of Louise and Lee Mack Reynolds. OJ was preceded in death by his son, Travis; his best friend, David Duggan, his mother, Louise Reynolds; and his father, Lee Reynolds. He is survived by Julie Reynolds, his daughter Jordan Boyce, son in law, Garrett Boyce and granddaughter Aurora Boyce. OJ graduated from Bel Air High School in El Paso, Texas. He worked as a Master Plumber and owned his own BBQ restaurant, Mr. BBQ in Bee Caves. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, being on the lake, and working on anything with an engine. He loved spending numerous hours having breakfast at Dans and Casa Garcia's. He will be remembered as hard-headed, stubborn, but was always there to lend a helping hand. He operated on OJ standard time and was nicknamed next day OJ. He is also known for loving and taking great care of all his yorkies. He would spend his free time in his garage watching old westerns or Fox News. One of his passions was trucks, especially Fords. He took great pride in owning three Ford Lightnings that are the colors red, white and blue.

Visitation will be Sunday February 19th at 12:00 pm with services to follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Wally Schiwart of Odessa Texas officiating at Harrell Funeral Home of Kyle Texas.
