Johnny Trevino at age 63 gained his external wings on August 14, 2022. He passed away peacefully in Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas. Surrounded by his nurses and doctors and long time friend Mary Bea Puente. He was born on July 29, 1959 in Austin, Texas. Johnny is preceded in death by his wife Sherri Trevino and daughter Michelle Trevino. His parents father John Trevino and mother Eloisa Trevino. His father in law Ascension Rodriguez and mother in law Agnes Roberts. Sister Janet Trevino and brothers Fred Martinez and Pete Martinez. Sister in laws Hermelinda Martinez and Linda Huckabay. Niece Krystle Whitworth. He is survived by his daughter Jessica Medina and sons Johnny Trevino Jr and Michael Trevino. Son in law Mike Medina and daughter in laws Jennifer Trevino and Yvonne Chapa. He is also survived by his grandsons Christopher Trevino, Michael Dylan Trevino, Darion Medina, Messiah Medina, Michael Trevino Jr, Caleb Rector and granddaughter Yakira Rector. Johnny worked for Brackenridge Hospital of Austin and his final career at Radian Corporation of 26 years. Johnny was a lovely father of four kids and grandfather. He was a lifetime Longhorn fan. He loved playing bingo and spending time with his family. He loved the beach and fishing. He was a loving father,grandfather,brother, and uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Harrell Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin. The Rosary will follow at 7:00PM at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 10:00AM Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Harrell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
