On Friday, February 17, 2023, Ella Yvonne Bollier Wimberly, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at home in Llano at the age of 81.

Ella was born on September 7, 1941 in Ballinger, Texas to Walter James Bollier and Ida Mae Singleton Bollier. She graduated from Junction High School and on August 9, 1959 she married James Harold Wimberly. They raised three sons during their 61-year marriage. James Harold previously passed away on October 22, 2020.

Ella had a passion for her home, her family, bird watching, and spending many days holding her husband's hands as they made their way through life. She was an avid lover of country music. She was known for her kind and compassionate spirit.

Ella is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and her eldest brother Cleatus Bollier of Kerrville. Her other siblings Marion Bollier, Walta Sharon Bollier, and Robert Bollier preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Harrell Funeral Home Chapel from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at 307 E. Sandstone St in Llano, Texas. Graveside services and internment next to her husband will be on Thursday, March 2, 2023 in her hometown of Junction, Texas, at 1:00pm at the City Cemetery.
