Eleanor Joyce Carr, of Austin, Texas passed on July 15, 2022. She was known as a devoted educator, community worker, and Christian. This loving sister, aunt, educator and friend will be missed.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday August 19, 2022 at St. Stevens Baptist Church 3107 East 51st Street Austin, Texas 78723. Rev. Cornelius Bass, pastor of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Assumption Cemetery 3650 South Interstate 35 Frontage Road Austin, Texas 78704.
