Dannie Phil Throckmorton

November 7, 1946- September 27, 2022

Dannie (Dan) was born in Mineral Wells, Texas to Edward C. Throckmorton and Ruth Anglin Throckmorton. Along with his older brother Edward(Eddie) proceeded Dan in passing. Dan had been a long time resident of Austin and recently of Kyle, Texas.

Left to cherish his memory his wife Sheila Smith Throckmorton of Kyle,Texas, Chip Parker and wife Becky Parker of Round Rock, Tracy Parker and husband Howard Dvorsky of Austin, Texas, Meghan Parker of San Antonio, Texas and Walter T. Parker of College Station, Texas. As well as his beloved grandchildren Jacob Parker, Fender Dvorsky and Ashley Hazelwood.

Dan is also survived by his sons William Throckmorton and Michael Throckmorton of Austin, Texas.

He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era, Firefighter for Midland, Texas Fire Department, City of Austin Energy, Power Management in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, LCRA of Austin, Honda America and the Leander School District.
