Daniel was born on March 21, 1977. Daniel was called home to the Lord on March 01, 2023. His death was unexpected and shocking for his family. He is preceded in death by his Mother Crystal Pierce Roberts, and his Grandparents.

Daniel graduated from Denver City High School in 1997. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1997. Daniel was a decorated and devoted Marine. Committed his life to his family and the Corps. He survived two explosions while in service which resulted in his being medically retired with honors in 2007. He was a devoted Father, Son, Husband and Grandfather and he loved his family and spoke highly of them often. Daniel worked hard and earned his black belt in tae kwon do. He was always in the pursuit of bettering himself.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Marie Roberts, His father Curtis Lee Roberts, his loving children Morgan Marie Baker and her husband Jeremy Alan Sokolsky. Brayden Connor Roberts, MaKayla Breann Roberts and her boyfriend Micheal, Alleyna Elisabeth Gomez and Curtis Alan Roberts. His grandson Corbin Alan Lee Sokolsky. His siblings Leannda Fazzio and her fiancé Jeffery, his identical twin brother Jacob Roberts and his wife Merry Roberts, and his youngest brother Jimmy Roberts and his girlfriend BethAnn. His nieces Crystal Mabrey, and Carol Fazzio, his nephew Ethan Mabrey.
