Christian Luis Enrique Palacio was born in Galveston, Texas on September 22, 1968.

He is survived by his parents Marta Ketzler and Antonio Palacios, siblings Sonia Maria Palacios and Angelo Jose Manuel Lanciano-Palacios.

He attended Travis High School and Austin Community College. Christian enjoyed riding his motorcycle, scuba diving, and music, having played base guitar with several cover bands. He retired with disability in 2019 from Resmed in Atlanta, Ga, and came to live with his parents in Manchaca, TX, stricken wit ALS. He succumbed to his illness on August 10.
