Arturo F. Lujan of Kyle, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the age of 70. After several months of declining health, Arturo died peacefully with his beloved wife Alma and their children by his side.

Arturo was born in El Paso, Texas to father Salvador R. Lujan and mother Julia F. Lujan on February 26, 1952. He graduated from Socorro High School in 1971. He worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for the Texas Workforce Commission for over 20 years and then continued to work as a Painter for Hays CISD for 10 years. He was a hard worker and made sure his family was taken care of.

Arturo is survived by his wife, Alma L. Lujan. His children Stephanie Lujan, Brenda Lujan, Erica Jimenez (Jose), and Jessica Gonzalez (Anthony). His brothers Cipriano Lujan and Jaime Lujan. His grandchildren Mark Garcia, Jr., Alexa Taylor, Marissa Garcia, Dominic Gonzalez, and Gianna Jimenez. His great grandchildren Easton Garcia and Navie Garcia. His loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Salvador R. Lujan, his mother Julia F. Lujan, his brother Salvador Lujan Jr. and sister Eulalia Lujan.

Visitation will be held at Harrell Funeral Home from 5:00- 7:00 p.m with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m on Thursday, December 29, 2022. Funeral service will be held at Harrell Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022. Burial will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park in Austin, Texas.
